Delete your Shopnosis Shopper account

Submit the form and we'll permanently delete your account and personal data within 30 days — in line with App Store, Play Store, and GDPR requirements.

What gets deleted

  • Your account credentials (email, password)
  • Your profile (name, phone, saved payout details)
  • The association between you and the sessions you recorded
  • Device identifiers and push tokens

What we keep

The session footage and metadata you recorded are Shopnosis's commercial work product and are retained indefinitely. After your account is deleted, the footage remains but is no longer tied to your identity. Faces of people incidentally captured in the footage are irreversibly blurred at upload — the unblurred originals are deleted at that point. We also keep any records we are legally required to retain (e.g. contractor invoicing). The smart glasses themselves remain Shopnosis property and must be returned — instructions in the confirmation email.
